Below are 10 challenges for virtual sports week, you need too;

·         Click on the name of the challenge

·         Watch the video

·         Complete the challenge

·         Answer question 2, 3 and 4

·         Submit!

Challenges

1)      Wall sit challenge (hold the wall sit position for as long as possible)

2)      Wall throw challenge  (as many as you can complete in 1 minute, if you drop the ball you start again)

3)      Star jump challenge (as many as you can complete in 1 minute)

4)      Sit up challenge (as many as you can complete in 1 minute)

5)      Balance challenge (hold the balance for as long as you can)

6)      Kick up challenge (as many kick ups as you can)

7)      Mountain climbers challenge (as many as you can complete in 1 minute)

8)      Press up challenge (as many as you can complete in 1 minute)

9)      Plank challenge (hold the plank for as long as you can)

10)   Burpee challenge (as many as you complete in 1 minute)

These challenges are for students and staff!

STUDENTS – You will be representing your form group, the form group with the best scores in each year group will in a prize!

STAFF – You will be representing your subject, the subject with the best score will win a prize!

DEADLINE: The deadline for this is WEDNESDAY 17th JUNE!
